Question: What aroma therapy good to stabilize your hormone?

I have difficulties controlling to focus my mind if it came 2- 3 weeks before my period time. And sometime I feel depressed and not feel to do anything. I guess this is because my hormone balance before my period time comes. I want to get away this regular depression, because I feel its not good for me. I try to fight it by trying to motivate myself, but somehow I can't. Is there any good aroma therapy so I can keep my hormone balance in stable?

Lavander and chamomile smells.....works for me and my friends works , good smelling air wick and plug ins for bed rooms.....my friend found cup cake smelling one to plug in
