Question: Help, i fear for my health?

Sorry this is so long, but I am really worried! So this all started last Thursday. I had eaten a cinnamon bun for breakfast. Soon I started feeling ill, and as we got to the airport I was feeling worse yet. Then I felt hungry so I ate some fries, which just made me feel ill again. We boarded the plane and I felt better and was really hungry, so I have some snacks. I felt fine 'til we touched ground 5 hours later. The next day I felt pretty nasty too. Saturday I tried eating healthier, salads and chicken and broccoli, but I still felt gross at the end of the day. Sunday we had pizza, which as you can probably guess, made me feel ill. Monday I ate half a peach and was hit with such an awful stomach ache I could barely stand. Later I got hungrier and ate some more fruit, and later a half a bag of chips, then dinner (chicken, spicy cabbage, corn), I felt relatively okay, until bed time, which I felt pretty bad and therefore couldn't fall asleep 'til much later in the night. Tuesday was pretty much the same, exept pizza for dinner again and then dessert which really set me off. I couldn't fall asleep 'til late again. Today I woke up feeling dizzy and ill, every time I stood up I felt like I could faint. I ate a few pieces of cantaloupe, and went to weeding the garden. I didn't eat 'til a bit later, like 4ish and made the mistake of eating a slice of cake. Then I felt sick again until now. Now I am getting hungry. I am not doing this on purpose. My stomach just feels kinda stiff and painful sometimes, and others I feel a little nauseous. Am I just really hungry, or is this something bad? Please help, I am sick of this routine! |
