-Carrots you can eat when you feel hungry but not really hungry. OR you can have a whole grain cracker with marmalade because marmalade is not fattening (the ones that you buy from farm markets) and so if you feel for something sweet then this helps you not want something sweet -Salads. Especially since it is summer. It is better it is light but healthy. -Chicken is good if you eat small amounts not like a whole chicken |
