Question: Is it possible to gain weight if you eat too much healthy food?

Possibly but no. i mean every food has calories even fruit and vegetables. But i am pretty 99.9% sure that your not going to gain weight but instead lose weight. some vegetables and fruits have negative calories which means just by eating them your going to lose some weight. like celery and grapefruit. Good luck with what ever your doing.

U can eat all lettuce or all butter as long as u go over constantly go over ur daily calorie needs u will gain weight
