Yes LOTS of fruits and veggies will fill you up. Also, you can buy some flour tortillas, cheese, and, if you have meat left over from something, put the tortilla on a skillet and warm it up on medium heat, then grate some cheese and put it on there with some of the meat, and fold the tortilla in half, flipping occasionally until the cheese is melted. Mmmmmm! |

Aim to eat a variety of foods from all food groups, including wholegrains, fruits, veges, lean protein & low-fat dairy. There is no such thing as a forbidden or bad food on a healthy balanced eating plan, just healthy & not-so-healthy food choices. So, it's okay to allow yourself an occasional indulgence, like chocolate or cake, ideally in a small portion size. Portion control & moderation is the key to successful permanent weight-loss, not a restrictive diet plan. As long as you achieve a calorie deficit, you'll be able to lose weight. For the sake of your health, take into account your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), when deciding on your estimated daily calorie intake. |

If you want to lose weight quick...go on a 2 week fruit detox(water and fruit). You will lose a ton of weight. However, you can't stay on it forever so healthy foods for after you come off of it or just in general to help you lose weight with exercise: Breakfast: Good cereal/ skim milk/ fruit, cottage cheese/ fruit, oatmeal. Lunch: Salad, low-calorie dressing Dinner: Grilled chicken and veggies, shrimp/ crab/ seafood/ fish all are healthy for you and low-cal |
