Question: Occupuncture or reflexology?

I am 3 months pregnant and constantly tired with back pains and stomach pains. i would like to try alternative methods of pain Relief and not sure which is the best option between reflexology or acupuncture. PLUS advice, thanks in advance.

I would go with occupunture, that's what my wife did when she was pregnant. She went to a chiropractor often which relieved of her back pains drastically. Good luck!
