Question: Reflexology & massage classes?

I just want to learn reflexology in depth so I can do it myself at home and to my family.. I tried to follow videos online, but they use so many techniques, I don't understand how to work on tense points, I tried to work on my foot and felt I messed up my knee point.. Is it possible to just take reflexology courses instead going to full blow massage therapy school? and if so how much do the individual classes usually run

Oh definitely possible to just take reflexology. Depending on where you live you can take a short weekend course or a more intense 100 or more hour course. For your purposes, I'd suggest looking for a weekend course. 100 hour courses are now going for anywhere from $800 - $1500 depending on school and state. A one day 4 hour class might run anywhere from $25 to $60 - shouldn't be much more than that. A full weekend like 2 days may be around $200 - $300. Just to give you a few things to go by. There are also techniques available online even on Utube.so you might want to check it. Good luck to you! Reflex definitely comes in handy as a great tool to balance the body.
