Your kitchen can make wonders. From oilive oils to honey to some herbs and spices here and there will do the trick. Don't forget aromatherapy oils and candles for that added feeling of IN-SPA use.

Go to local drugstore and pick up a few facemasks wash your hir put eggs in leave in for 10 mins and wash out lie down to relaxing music paint ur toes and catch up on the latest magazines x.
