Question: Will obama's health care bill pay for monthly workout dues and spa treatments?

If there were a way to avoid the wasted cost of people not using gym memberships, it would actually make a lot of sense from a purely economic perspective to help people with gyms if they are too poor that they would otherwise afford it and they are actually using it. $30 a month is a lot cheaper than a triple bypass open heart surgery. I'm pretty sure this is a sarcastic question, and no, Obama's health care doesn't cover gym memberships or spa treatments.

I highly doubt that. i think it will have to start with making sure the most vulnerable and needy have the care they deserve. something your country has needed badly.
